All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. But you definitely don’t need to worry, you will get what you ordered. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

We accept payment by credit/debit card (Apple pay, Google pay) and cash on delivery.

Log in to your account, find your order, and if it hasn’t shipped yet, you can change your shipping address. You can also contact us and we will change the shipping address for you.

The shipping rate is 23 RON for all orders under 450 RON. Shipping is free if the order exceeds 450 RON.

Delivery in Romania is usually around 3 working days from the moment you place the order.

You will receive an email confirming the completion of your order; The email will include the tracking number with a link to the tracking page. Please note that you need to wait 24 hours for the tracking number to appear on the website; if your order was sent on friday it will show up on monday.

When we ship an order, we send you an order confirmation email that includes the tracking number and the link to track it.
